Starting ..

  1. So, I started today. I'm going to count calories, give myself 1 splurge day a week, and try to exercise 6x a week (alternating cardio and strenght training).

    Current weight: 145
    Goal weight: 135

    Current body fat %: 33
    Goal body fat %: 17

    My weekly goals are simply to improve each week in either weight loss of body fat loss.
